RECIPE
1 x Wild Australian Salmon Penang Curry pot
200g of rice noodles
2 coriander leaves
1 handful of chopped shallots
1/2 fresh chilli, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Place noodles in a pot of bowling water for 4 minutes. Once they’re soft, drain and place in serving bowl.
Remove lid from salmon penang pot and place in microwave on high for 90 seconds. Once heated, place salmon panang in serving bowl.
Add chopped chilli, coriander and shallots for extra zing!
