Salmon Sliders

We couldn’t keep up with the demand on these salmon sliders made from our Wild Australian Salmon Spread at Tuesday’s West Australian Launch in Albany last Friday.

Make these at home this Christmas and enjoy the good times with friends and family!

RECIPE

1 x Wild Australian Salmon Spread

6 x Potatoes, cooked and dry mashed

4 x Spring onions chopped finely

1/4 Jar of spring gherkins, finely chopped

3 x tbsp sweet chilli sauce

2 x eggs

1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix salmon spread, potatoes, onions, gherkins and sweet chilli sauce together and roll into patties

Whisk eggs and dip patties whole into egg mix

Roll patties in breadcrumbs and shallow fry in oil

Serve on sliders or on their own with your favourite sauce – enjoy!
