WILD AUSTRALIAN SALMON LEMON & BACK PEPPER SALAD

RECIPE

1 x Wild Australian Salmon pot

4 cups mixed green leaves (recommend baby spinach & rocket)

½ cup dill, chopped, lightly packed

½ cup coriander, chopped, lightly packed

½ Avocado, sliced

½ Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash mixed greens and herbs and toss in a bowl

Add sliced avocado and Wild Australian Salmon Lemon & Black Pepper pot

Squeeze and drizzle lemon over just before serving & enjoy!
