RECIPE
1 x Wild Australian Salmon Penang Curry pot
Option 1: 1 x microwave pack of 250g brown rice or jasmine rice or
Option 2: 1 ¼ cups brown long-grain rice or jasmine long grain rice
2 mint leaves
4 coriander leaves
A handful of chopped shallots
INSTRUCTIONS
Option 1: Microwave rice for 90 seconds. Option 2: Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the rinsed rice and continue boiling for 30 minutes, reducing heat as necessary to prevent overflow. Remove from heat, drain the rice and return the rice to pot. Cover and let the rice rest for 10 minutes or longer, until you’re ready to serve.
Option 2: Microwave rice for 90 seconds
Remove lid on salmon pot and microwave pot for 90 seconds and place in bowls ready to serve.
Add the heated salmon penang onto the rice bowls.
Add garnish, serve and enjoy!
